Our goal is to maximize your potential while speeding up the liquidation process for the family and real estate agent.

Liquidations are normally held for an intimate or compact sale.  These are most successful when held mid week.

Research will be done if needed on items.

We will organize and display items.

Provide tables for display.

An email will be sent to our preferred buyers.

We will target at least 15 social media advertising sources.

Neon signs will be placed for local traffic.

We will staff the liquidation with our Honest and Friendly team members. 

At the end of the liquidation day we will remove remaining items for donation, recycle or disposal. Then broom brush and vacuum the house for a Real Estate ready look.

Liquidations are normally 1 day but can be held up to 2 days.
