The Millbrae Estate will NOT be a traditional Estate Sale.
This will be a sealed bid sale. Items will be grouped together in LOTs. All LOTs will be numbered. We will have approximately 200 LOTs to bid on. Minimum bid prices will be clearly marked on each LOT. Starting bids will be as low as $3. A Buy it Now price will also be placed on each LOT. If you opt for the Buy it Now price you can remove the LOT number and bring it directly to Al or Annette for immediate purchase. You will be able to preview and place bids on items between 10am and 11am only. No text, email, phone or pre sale bids will be accepted. You must be present. Bidding forms and envelopes will be provided. Please bring a pen. You must fill out the bidding form with the following information:

Once you have completed your bidding form you will seal it in an envelope provided and drop in one of the six
GREEN
bidding boxes.
Bidding will close at 11am sharp. Results will be announced promptly at 11.30am. You MUST be present to receive winning bid. If you are not present at time winning bid is announced we will default to 2nd highest bid. In case of a tie both parties will be given the opportunity to make one final offer. Highest bidder wins. If minimum reserve is not met offers will be considered after all winning LOTs have been paid for and removed. Payment and removal of items is required at the time the winning bid is announced. All items in Lot must be removed - No exceptions!
