Descriptions and pictures are to give you an idea of what's available. Pictures do not depict how items are grouped in LOTs.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT

This will not be a traditional Estate Sale. This will be a sealed bid sale.

Items will be grouped together in LOTs. All LOTs will be numbered. We will have approximately 25 to 40 LOTs to bid on. Minimum bid prices will be clearly marked on each lot. You will be able to preview and place bids on items between 9am and10am only. No text, email, phone or pre sale bids will be accepted. You must be present. Bidding forms and envelopes will be provided. Please bring a pen.

You must fill out the bidding form with the following information:

Once you have completed your bidding form you will seal it in an envelope provided and drop in one of the two ORANGE bidding boxes.

Bidding will close at 10am sharp. Results will be announced promptly at 10.30am. You MUST be present to receive winning bid. If you are not present at time winning bid is announced we will default to 2nd highest bid. In case of a tie both parties will be given the opportunity to make one final offer. Highest bidder wins. If minimum reserve is not met offers will be considered but may not be accepted. Payment and removal of items will be required at the time winning bid is announced. All items in Lot must be removed - No exceptions! In case a Lot does not receive any bids it will be available for individual item sale starting at 11.30am.

  • No Sign up sheet will be posted or honored prior to sale

  • No sleeping in your car to get in early

  • Everyone will have the same opportunity to view and place bids between 9am and 10am only

  • Bidding closes at 10am sharp. No exceptions!

  • All Sales are FINAL

  • No Refunds

Not all items may be available the day of the sale.  All items must be removed from the sale at time of purchase. We do not offer moving, delivery or loading services. All sales are final and we can only accept cash or credit card payments.
